Changes to this list
Eleven may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors from time to time and will update this page to reflect the then-current list. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically. Customer questions or concerns regarding a Subprocessor may be directed to legal@platformeleven.io, and the parties will discuss any such concerns in good faith.
Scope
The list above identifies third parties that Eleven engages to process Customer Data on Eleven’s behalf in connection with the operation of the Software. It does not include (a) third-party services that Customer elects to connect to its own Eleven account using Customer’s own credentials or contractual relationship (which are governed by Customer’s own agreements with those third parties), or (b) Eleven’s internal administrative vendors (for example, payroll, productivity, or accounting software) that do not process Customer Data in the course of providing the Software.
