Customer Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Eleven provides infrastructure to institutional investment managers, fund administrators, and related financial organizations.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of our customers and partners, Eleven applies a risk-based approach to customer acceptance and platform use.

Eligibility Standards

Eleven evaluates prospective customers based on a number of factors, including:

• Business model and intended use of the platform
• Regulatory status and jurisdiction
• Alignment with institutional financial standards
• Reputational and operational risk

We prioritize customers operating within established financial frameworks and supporting long-term institutional relationships.

Restricted Use Cases

Eleven does not support, and may decline or restrict, use cases that present elevated regulatory, legal, or reputational risk, including but not limited to:

• High-risk or predatory consumer financial products
• Unregulated or non-compliant financial activities
• Business models that are primarily adversarial, exploitative, or litigation-driven
• Activities that may create undue risk for other customers or platform partners
• Use cases inconsistent with the expectations of institutional investors and fund administrators

Certain categories of use may be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate regulatory oversight and controls are in place.

Ongoing Monitoring

Customer relationships are subject to ongoing review. Eleven may request additional information or impose additional controls where appropriate based on risk profile, regulatory considerations, or partner requirements.

Enforcement & Discretion

Eleven reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a customer's use:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Conflicts with these standards
• Creates risk to Eleven, its customers, or its partners
