Vistra, a global leader in fund administration and corporate services, was seeking a next-generation investor servicing solution. After considering an in-house build, Vistra selected Eleven to power its branded investor portal, VFunds 2.0.

Challenge
Vistra needed a scalable, secure platform that could unify investor servicing across its global footprint. The goal was to streamline document delivery, enhance transparency, and reduce reliance on email communications—all while maintaining a strong and branded experience.
Solution
Vistra partnered with Eleven to design and launch VFunds 2.0, a fully white-labeled portal powered by Eleven’s technology. Together, the teams worked to organize data, prepare for API synchronization with fund accounting systems, and deliver a modernized investor experience. On launch day, Vistra migrated its entire U.S. business—including over 200,000 investor documents, and all clients, investors and contacts in a single day—onto the new platform.

- Advanced permission controls for fund managers and administrators
- Capital call & K-1 “Kickoff” workflows, replacing email-based processes
- API connectivity with accounting systems for seamless data exchange
- Single sign-on (SSO) via Okta for secure, global access

With our U.S. business now on VFunds 2.0, we are excited to bring this state-of-the-art, secure online portal to Europe and Asia where the take up of online portals and mitigation of emails in the fund administration space are not nearly as prevalent.
