FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New York, NY — April 29, 2026 — Eleven, the investor operations platform for private fund managers and fund administrators, today announced the release of Integrated Payments, a purpose-built system that automates capital calls and distributions — two of the most manual workflows remaining in private markets.
Today, most fund managers and administrators still run these workflows across email threads, bank portals, spreadsheets, and manual reconciliation. Integrated Payments brings the full capital call and distribution lifecycle into the same platform already used for investor onboarding and servicing.
Key capabilities include:
End-to-end capital call workflows. Set up amounts, generate and send investor notices, track acknowledgments and payment status, send reminders, and manage exceptions in one workflow.
End-to-end distribution workflows. Confirm and authenticate investor banking, approve amounts, execute distributions, and track every step with a complete audit trail.
Automated reconciliation engine. Incoming bank transactions are matched to the correct investor and notice with confidence scoring, notes, logs, and exception handling.
Verified and authenticated banking. Before any distribution is initiated, investors verify or update their banking details directly on the platform. Authenticated accounts receive a verified badge, giving fund managers and administrators confirmed, auditable bank information and a complete tracking record.
Configurable workflows and data syncing. Integrated Payments supports approvals, contract notes, investor notifications, accounting software connectivity, and campaign-specific configuration across funds, investors, and jurisdictions.
The result:
Manual reconciliation that once took days is reduced to hours. Verified banking and audit trails reduce errors and fraud risk on distributions. Operations teams gain real-time visibility into every payment flow, from notice through completion.
For fund administrators, Integrated Payments also creates a new way to deliver real-time transparency to manager clients, expand the scope of services provided per fund, and strengthen client relationships without adding another disconnected system.
"We built Integrated Payments because the way capital moves in private markets hasn't meaningfully changed in decades. Manual workflows are slow, error-prone and carry real operational risk," said Eric Slaim, CEO of Eleven. "With this release, those workflows are digitized, configurable and integrated into the broader investor lifecycle, meaningfully improving how capital calls and distributions are made across global private markets."
Integrated Payments is developed in close collaboration with fund administrators and investment managers using Eleven today, and is now available on the Eleven platform for fund administrators and investment firms operating across private equity, venture capital, real estate, hedge funds, and other alternative asset classes.
